About these terms
The Qalat website (qalat.app) is run by Optimum LLC. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Each app has its own terms
Qal Connect, Qal Scramble, Gebeta and Zanta each have their own terms of use. When you play a game or use an app, its terms apply, including its rules for accounts, multiplayer, leaderboards and purchases.

Using the website
You may browse the website and share links to it. Please don't try to disrupt it, get around its security, or collect its content automatically in bulk.
Ownership
The Qalat name, logo, designs, text and software are owned by Optimum LLC. The rules of Gebeta and the Ge'ez script belong to the shared cultural heritage of the Horn of Africa, and nothing here claims ownership of them.
Links to other sites
The website links to our apps and to the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for sites we don't run.
No warranty
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. Product descriptions, release plans and features may change. To the extent the law allows, Optimum LLC isn't liable for losses that come from using the website.
